Word or the week  On jet

I always thought this was just some English slang becasue the elders in my last house used it in English conversation, but a few weeks ago I heard The branch president speak this word. It means offended.

A family we started teaching has 5 daughters 😬 ages 11 to 3 and let me tell you, they are funny. They all wear varying lengths of little pigtails. All except the three year old who has hair like young Tarzan. She's a true jungle monkey 🐒 and anytime she walks by one of her sisters, just yanks on their piggies (tails not toes). It's so fun to teach this family and then all the sudden oit of nowhere I can feel her ominous presence approach. Boom. Tarzan/Tasmanian devil party noises commence. Water, Rocks, h(air), smoking coconut fiber, all becomes one. This 3 year old is already a master of all 4 elements its quite impressive. 

I'm on my third bike. My old new bike that I got in the middle of my first transfer couldn't handle me, And so a peddle rotated 180 degrees 😅. I hope this new one lasts a little longer but I am suboptimisic because its already having some problems.

Zone conference was a movie as always. We rode a 3 hour bus to seim reap and played chess. Then had some interviews with President and then ate dinner at a hot pot/barbecue grill place. Very tasty 😋 I tried my first squid and octopus, and I'll rate them; not gas🥱/10 

I'll stick with normal meat from now on thank you

This transfer has been lonnng and I have finished all three saints books, as well as the New Testament. The saints books start slowing down towards the end and they start focusing more on stories of individuals rather than big church history events. I guess it's in name of the book, saints, a book about saints but still...

As for new testament, that book goes out with a bang! The apostle John's brain must've been exploding when he was seeing all that stuff. I'm glad he made it out of those visions all right because now we have the invigorating 22 chapters of revelations. With all sorts of prophecy about the last days and the world. Kinda hard to understand, but fun to imagine some weird four headed beasts rising out of the water and dragons fighting each other. 

Just like with the Book of Mormon I will drop my top chapters below, and admittedly some are missing because I started the list when I was almost finished with the four gospels.

Last night some dude was coming in for a hug and gave me a nice big smooch on the cheek. Surprisingly tender moment.

I accomplished 6 monthes on this mission yesterday! Very cool 😎
