President Neilson came for the devotional this week!!!!! It was very awesome, and something I found significant was his work on the missionary handbook. He and his buddies worked on updating the handbook to accommodate changes in technology, culture and everything else. They finished and sent it to the first presidency for approval. They got it back with a handwritten note from president Nelson. "Add more joy"
So they restarted and did that, and I think that this is an important principle that can be applied to all aspects of life.

English words of the week are after and afterwards. Why is my language so goofy? When used properly I guess these two are opposites !! It took us like 20 min in class going through different sentences to figure this out and people using it wrong in sentences (very easy to do ex.. the subject of this email), and eventually locgru peterson erased "afterwards" because it was to hard for us, but we kept talking about it and he wrote it again with the new translation "after that."
Anyway, I laughed so hard I cried .
Chocolate milk !!!!!!! Ive been averaging 2.6 glasses of chocolate per meal, but sometimes I get 4 glasses down. My companion doesnt like when i do this becasue then i cant walk very fast or ill puke. As such i only do this every once and a while.
The point of this is is that chocolate=pain and i cant eat candy anymore without the PTSD flashbacks of me pounding liquid calories.
